- Co-ordinate all parties relating to the training contract
- Nominate training providers suitable for your business and training needs
- Monitor all Commonwealth and State incentives to be claimed, ensuring prompt payment directly to you
- Monitor training progress throughout the period of indenture
- Appeal to the relevant Government department on your behalf if incentives are refused on contestable grounds
- Assess individual qualifications and experience against positions held
- On-the-job support for all trainees and apprentices
HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES
- Staff performance appraisals
- Undertake counselling of trainees and apprentices for work related issues, upon employers' request
- Provide Company Code of Conduct' if there is no policy and procedures in place
INDUSTRIAL RELATION ISSUES
- Keep you up-to-date with wage increases
- Source the most appropriate award for your business
- Provide copies of relevant awards
